We weren't a team, we were a family. We had each other's backs and helped one another grow. So many laughs and great times. The camaraderie was real and hype.

No ideas left behind! We gave intensive care to each of our ideas and refined them to our core message.
Origin of the message we could all get behind.
Our team was at a loss with finding a message for Gen z. We new we wanted to focus on indeed's slogan, which involves the term "better," but how could we communicate that?
I attended an optional session after hours and had to walk a few miles to get there. I was tired and began thinking out loud to the team, "What if we made this question the center of our campaign?" I said, "ask the audience, what does better mean to you?" and thus something great was born.
